1 tsp Gyspum
Grain: 1 lb. German Pilsner
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
8 oz. Raw wheat
Mash: 60% efficiency
155° for 30 mins.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.074 3 gallons
4 lb. Light dry malt extract
1/2 tsp Irish Moss (15 min. before end)
Hops: 1 oz. Perle (6.8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (3% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs German Lager
Log: 1 Week primary
2 Weeks secondary
Carbonation: 2.2
