Mash: 85% efficiency
Mash at 154 degrees
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.047 13 gallons
Irish Moss
Hops: .5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.% AA, 90 min.)
2 oz. Tettnanger (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (2.5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: White Labs 830 lager from previuos batch
