8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Begin steeping with cold water till first wisps of steam appear
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.036 3.5 gallons
2 lb. 8 oz. Light dry malt extract
Hops: .50 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast #2206
Carbonation: 2.2 volumes to keg
Tasting: quite tasty and refreshing
