Water: 1 tsp Gypsum to the boil
Grain: 8 oz. British crystal 50-60L
Steep: Steep crystal malt @ 150 degrees for 30 min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.076 3 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1/2 tsp Irish Moss added at thirty minutes
Hops: 1.25 oz. Northern Brewer (9.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (9.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 2112 California Lager in 1 pt. starter
Log: Primary fermentation @ 60 degrees for 7 days
Rack to secondary and ferment for 7 more
Bottle age 2 weeks before drinking
