hopefully a good spring beer.I'm brewing it in march
my cellar here in New England says at 50degrees all spring
so I should be able to ferment well.

7 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 11 IBU
OG: 1.053 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Water: adjust mash to 5.5 ph.
Grain: 10 lb. American 2-row
6 oz. American Munich
6 oz. American victory
10 oz. American crystal 10L
Mash: 70% efficiency
mash in at 170 degrees and stablize at 151degrees for 90 mins or convertion..
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.049 6 gallons
irish moss with 10mins left in the boil
Hops: .5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: white labs california common (if you ferment at cooler temps.
it works well as a lager ).
