Corona Clone

This beer turned out to be quite authentic. It had no taste!
I just put my rice into a grain bag and lower it into the boil for
20mins. Make sure you ferment it nice and cool.

Type: Extract Size: 17 liters
Color:
5 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.038 FG: 1.009
Alcohol: 3.7% v/v (2.9% w/w)
Water: very soft water
Grain: 500g Rice (raw)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.064 10 liters
1.5kg Light malt extract
300g Corn sugar
1tsp Irish Moss for 20mins
Hops: 15g NZ BSaaz (8% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Saflager dried yeast
Log: 1 week primary
2 weeks secondary
Tasting: Nice beer, slightly malty and fairly clean which is the aim. down the hatch!
