This is my attempt at a cheap American Style Light Beer to satisfy
my relatives.

Type: Extract Size: 5 gallons
Color:
4 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 11 IBU
OG: 1.035 FG: 1.004
Alcohol: 4.0% v/v (3.1% w/w)
Water: Tap that water!
Grain: 1 lb. Flaked corn
Steep: Steep the flaked corn for 30 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.058 3 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
1.1 lb. Rice extract
1 tsp Irish Moss @ 15 minutes
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (5% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 2007 Pilsner
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.89 oz. for 4.5 gallons @ 60°F
