Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Water: Charcoal filter all water
Grain: 1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Steep grains in 2 qts. 160°F water for 30 min. Sparge with 1 qt. 170°F
water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.039 6 gallons
5 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Rice extract
1 tsp. Irish Moss(rehydrated 15 min.) added to boil.
Hops: 1.25 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Pitchable San Francisco Lager yeast.
Log: Primary: 67°F for 6 days. Secondary: 62°F for 7 days. Crash for 3 days
at 33°F.
Carbonation: Prime with 3/4 cup corn sugar.
