8 oz. Cara-Pils Malt
Steep: Steeped 1 lb of grain in 1/2 gallons of water
Maintained temperature between 150° and 157° for 30 minutes
Lautered then sparged to boil pot with 2 gallons of 150° water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.092 2.5 gallons
4 lb. Alexander's Pale Malt Extract
1 lb. 8 oz. Rice Syrup Solids
4 oz. Corn sugar
1 tsp Irish Moss during the last 15 minutes of the boil
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (3.9% AA, 60 min.)
.4 oz. Saaz (3.5% AA, 30 min.)
.6 oz. Saaz (3.5% AA, 15 min.)
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 24.5 psi @ 60°F
