Step Infusion
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.049 8 gallons
Bring wart to a rolling boil before adding yeast and taking time
measurements.
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager Yeast
Log: Primary ferment for 14 day at 55 deg. F.. Move to secondary fermentor
and krausen with 1/2 gal wart. Dry hop with 1 oz Hallertauer. Ferment for
another 14 days at 55 deg. F..
Carbonation: Force carbonate with CO2 in Cornelius Keg.
Tasting: Beer is good.
