120° 10 min, 144° 10 min, 1.2 gallons mash heated to 158° for 15 minutes then boiled 15 and added to main mash, 158° 20 min, 1.2 gallons mash heated to boil boil 15 minutes, return to main mash
Boil: 120 minutes SG 1.058 7.5 gallons
Hops: 2 oz. Saaz (2.7% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.00% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Bohemian 2124

Ferm temp 52° till complete
after fermentation 42° for 3 weeks
32° for 8 weeks
