Steep: Add Grains to cold water, heat med high, remove just before boil
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.250 2 gallons
7.01 lb. Amber malt extract
6.01 lb. Dark malt extract
1/2 tea spoon Irish moss, last 10 min of boil.
Hops: 3 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
3 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
3 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Lager
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Dried Malt Extract: 6.55 oz. for 5 gallons @ 55°F
