60 min hop addition was leaf hops Saaz & Fuggles
1 tbsp irish moss
1 tbsp yeast nutrient
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (3.5% AA, 120 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Spalt (6.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3% AA, 45 min.)
