I made the mistake of buying pre-cracked 2 row grain, 3 Lbs added to 6.5 quarts 175 deg. water. I also added 2 cups Masa Harina which was a mistake because after an hour in the oven at 200 deg. the sparge clogged up. It took 6 hours to finally get the 2.5 Gal. Next time I will crack my own 6 row grain to a more coarse consistency and use flaked corn.
