Alcohol: 6.0% v/v (4.7% w/w)
Water: tap water but use what you want
Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. American Munich
1 lb. American crystal 20L
Mash: 76% efficiency
mash with 3 gals of 150 F water for 60 sparge with 5.5 gals of 175 f water45 mins you shold have 6.5 gals of wort
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.046 6.5 gallons
whilfloc (15)mins
Hops: 1 oz. Perle (7.1% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.8% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: 1056 american (wyest)
Log: just brewed to day 11/29/05 and the crystal is 15L i have racked to the secondary on 12/2/05 at f.g of 1.010 for some reason my femation is a little fast dry hopped.50 oz of saaz
Carbonation: 1/3 cup of priming sugar ,keg and let sit for two weeks
Tasting: taste very good better in 2 weeks . nice stuff hoppy mmmm good
