Very easy recipe try it.
This was a recipe that called for pilsner malt, but I could not get it, so I subbed the 2-row and 6-row.

Log: Started brewing this recipe on 10-3-05.
And have made several batches (everyone loves it).

Secondary 7 - 10 days @ 70°F - 72°F.
Kegged it and I was drinking next day.
Carbonation: Hit it with 30psi let it sit in frig over night. Shake rattle and roll next day. Drink it that night or next day. Turned reg to 10 psi after carbination complete.
Tasting: It has a smooth taste with very little bite, first beer my wife actually liked! It goes down easy but be carefull, it has a kick at 6% ABV !!
