1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WYEAST 2007 Pilsen Lager
Log: Brewed on 11 Oct 03
Will add three lime peels chopped up added at racking on/about 18 Oct 03.
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.20 oz. for 4.5 gallons @ 68°F
Tasting: Very nice beer. Recommend using only 1 or 2 limes.
