An easy drinking Pilsner with lots of flavour. good colour like the Czech pilsners

Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Water: Just pre boiled water(surface removed)
Grain: 3.75kg British lager
0.25kg Wheat malt
0.50kg German Munich
0.25kg British crystal 50-60L
Mash: 85% efficiency
135 20 mins
145 60 mins
150 30 mins
raise to 170 then sparge
Boil: 55 minutes SG 1.054 25 liters
0.200kg Honey

Hops: 50g Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 45 min.)
20g Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 45 min.)
10g Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 30 min.)
10g Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 15 min.)
10g Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
10g Hallertauer Mittelfruh (aroma)
10g Styrian Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast 2278 czech. made all grain starter using lager malt and thermos flask 24 hrs

Tasting: Not tasted yet..I wanted a Pilsner/lager with a good colour, decent strength, loads of flavour and aroma. Not overly hoppy and a subtle sweetness. A little like Radegast
