One of my favorite Pilsners!

Color:
5 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 55 IBU
OG: 1.052 FG: 1.011
Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Grain: .33 lb. German Munich
Boil: minutes SG 1.043 6 gallons
4 lb. Light malt extract
2.4 lb. Corn sugar
Note that the last addition of hops should be in the last 5 minutes,
not at the end of the boil.
Hops: 1.4 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
1.4 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 50 min.)
1.06 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
.7 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 20 min.)
.7 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Tasting: Good, strong Saaz hop profile, without being bitter. High sugar to
malt ratio keeps it crisp and clean.
