Grain: 3 lb. German Pilsner
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 60% efficiency
Step infustion mash. Start at 122 build up to 155. Sparge at 170
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.084 3 gallons
3.5 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
To keep color light, add extract at 30 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (3.4% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.4% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.4% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4.4% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.4% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Spalt (2.7% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Budvar
Carbonation: Force carbonate in keg
