Not Sure Ale

Just threw it all together, let's see what we get.

Beer: Not Sure Ale Style: American Amber Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
24 HCU (~13 SRM)
Bitterness: 30 IBU
OG: 1.052 FG: -
Alcohol: -
Water: Tap water, WSSC supplied.
Grain: 8 oz. American crystal 40L
8 oz. American crystal 120L
Steep: 1.5 gallon for 30 minutes at 150-165 F.
Rinse in 1.5 gallon at 170 F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.086 3 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
3.3 lb. Amber malt extract
Boil steep and rinse, combine in one pot.

Irish Moss at 15 minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Safale US-05 American Ale Yeast (Dry)
