Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: Bottled water
Grain: 3.0 oz. British brown
2.0 oz. American crystal 120L
8.0 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
4.0 oz. British Carastan
1.00 oz. British chocolate
1.00 oz. British black patent
Steep: Steep grains for 30 minutes at 150°.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.139 1 gallons
3.33 lb. Light malt extract
Add hops and 1/2 tsp Irish Moss and boil for 60 minutes.
Hops: 0.73 oz. Willamette (5.8% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Add about half package of Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast.
Log: Ferment for 1 week then condition for 2 weeks.
