Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.084 3.5 gallons
5 lb. Light dry malt extract
16 oz. Honey
used a pinch of Irish Moss
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (7.4% AA, 70 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.5% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5.3% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: Used liquid yeast test tube

04/20/04 - 1.012 - Moved to secondary
05/03/04 - 1.014 - Bottled
Carbonation: carbonated in bottle, some turned out flat some foamed as soon as you open the bottle
Tasting: I enjoyed the flavor, need to work on the carbonation. The alc content is higher than calculated here, or seemed to effect me alot faster.
