.8 oz. Amarillo (8.8% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WLP002 and WLP007
FG on 007 was 1.015.
FG on 002 was 1.011.
Log: Just brewed today 5.17.03. Updated reported. Had a good mash.
Carbonation: Keg at 25psi for 48hr. Serve at 8psi.
