Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Grain: 10 lb. American 2-row
8 oz. American Munich
1 lb. American crystal 90L
2 oz. American chocolate
Mash: 66% efficiency
Mash 153F for at least 60 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 7 gallons
8 oz. Honey
I probably forgot the Irish moss
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (5.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5.9% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: 1272 - I like this yeast with Casscades.
Tasting: Hoppy nose and bitter finish. Could maybe Mash at a higher temp for some more maltiness
