Tookish Ale

Shooting for a hoppy Brown Ale -- American Style (only American Hops). I think I got it...

Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
43 HCU (~20 SRM)
Bitterness: 59 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.013
Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Water: Straight outta the faucet.
Grain: 9 lb. American 2-row
8 oz. American Chocolate
9 oz. American crystal 40L
Mash: 70% efficiency
Single infusion. Stabilized mash temp at 152°F, and let sit overnight. Sparged and so on in the morning. Saves time.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.043 6 gallons
Nothing. I don't bother with Irish moss in dark beers.
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 75 min.)
.5 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (5.8% AA, 5 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs California Ale.
Carbonation: 1.9 volumes Keg: 9.4 psi @ 50°F
Tasting: Good and hoppy. Maybe even a bit overzealous. Oh well.
