Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.045 3 gallons
2 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Wheat extract
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 40 min.)
Yeast: Nottingham dry yeast.
Log: Brewed 7/6/02
Tasting: Can't wait to taste it.
