Acidified sparged water to pH of 5.3
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.028 7.5 gallons
Hops: 1.0 oz. Fuggles (5.3% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: WYeast 1084 in 1 L starger
