Bitterness: 18 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Water: vending machine h2o
burtonization, 1tsp
Grain: 1 lb. British crystal 50-60L
.5 lb. British chocolate
.25 lb. Wheat malt
Steep: put in the sack of grains in cold water, bring to 160° hold for about 20 min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.089 3 gallons
6.6 lb. Light malt extract
1tsp Irish Moss at end
Hops: 1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
.2 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Used an air stone and Oxygen tank, 15 sec blast.
White labs wpl005 British Ale, pitched right out of tube.
Log: pitched yeast at 2/16/02 8pm, light bubbling at 2/17 11am
looks DARK,
Carbonation: force carbonation,
Tasting: heheh, i cant wait!@#
