Mash: 75% efficiency
Mash @ 150 degrees for 60 min. Resparge 2 quarts.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 10 gallons
1/4 tsp irish moss for last 30 min of boil.
Hops: .5 oz. Mt. Hood (4.4% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (3.4% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Mt. Hood (4.4% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (3.4% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.4% AA, 5 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (3.4% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: #1056 American Ale yeast
Log: Primary fermaentaiton 7 days @ 64 degrees. Secondary 10 days @ 66 degrees.
Carbonation: Force carbonated.
Tasting: Good balance of body and biterness. Less late hops for true English mild. Very good, smooth and drinkable beer. Will repeat.
