named after the french footy cup... I started the brew session late and missed the match on tely!

Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.034 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 3.3% v/v (2.6% w/w)
Water: lactic acid added to sparge water
sparged with to much water... a lot to boil...to much for my fermenter
wasted 1 gallon ...shame
Grain: 3.kg British pale
0.15kg British chocolate
0.15kg Flaked barley
Mash: 85% efficiency
90mn @ 65°C
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.028 8.5 Imp. gal.
0.500kg Light dry malt extract
1 TEA SPOON IRISH MOSS
Hops: 25g bramling cross (7% AA, 60 min.)
25g bramling cross (aroma)
Yeast: DRIED SO4 REHYDRATED WITH COOLED WORT
bubling started after 2 hours!

Carbonation: 1.5 volumes Keg: 10.4 psi @ 18°C
