4 oz. American crystal 10L
Mash: 70% efficiency
Single step infusion mash at 152° and sparged with 5 gallons at 175°.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.050 6.5 gallons
Whirlfloc was added at 20 minutes.
Hops: 1.75 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
0.46 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
0.23 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 2 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: I used White Labs 002 and a 1 liter starter.
Log: Primary fermentation took place at 67°. I dry hopped the beer during secondary fermentation with .5oz of Kent Goldings
Carbonation: 3/4 cup of corn sugar
