1. lb. American crystal 10L
2 oz. Roasted barley
Mash: 75% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.112 3 gallons
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
3/4 tsp Irish moss for last 15 minutes of boil.
Hops used are whole leaf boiled in hop bags; UK grown East Kent Goldings and Yakima,WA grown Fuggle and Columbus
Hops: 4. oz. Kent Goldings (5.2% AA, 60 min.)
4 oz. Fuggles (4.9% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Columbus (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs British Ale Yeast
Carbonation: 1.2 volumes Dried Malt Extract: 1.69 oz. for 5.0 gallons @ 70°F
