Grain: 1 lb. American victory
1 lb. American crystal 40L
Steep: Steeped grains fro 45 minutes at 160° - then sparged with 1 gal at 200°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.090 3.5 gallons
6.6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Brown sugar
Added 1 teaspoon of Irish Moss 45 minutes into the boil
Hops: 2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast - 1968 London Ale
