Log: Fermented primary at 65° for one week. Secondary at 55° for 5 days. Bottled there after
Tasting: Excellent, full of malts. UPDATE... Tasted again at bottling time. The munich malt really comes through. Lots of body and great malt/hop ratio. Beautiful color as well. Fermenting at the slightly lower temps really ads to the maltiness.
