Made to test out Horizon hops all around. Just brewed (30NOV02). Not really an attempt at this style, but it will come closest to this I think...Aroma hops listed are actually dry hops added to secondary...If you want the Promash file, email me.

Alcohol: 7.4% v/v (5.8% w/w)
Water: filtered tap used for mash
R/O used for boil
Grain: 2.14 lb. German Munich
0.53 lb. Gambrinus Honey Malt
0.53 lb. Briess Special Roast
0.53 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
Mash: 65% efficiency
1.5ratio, 153° F.
pH--5.2
Very slow conversion...mashed for 2hours.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.062 6.8 gallons
9.00 lb. Light malt extract
Irish Moss for 20min.
Hops: 0.76 oz. Horizon (14.4% AA, 60 min.)
1.02 oz. Horizon (14.4% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Horizon (aroma)
Yeast: slurry of American Ale yeast, 1/2gal starter.
