Boulevard Nutcracker clone

I know that this isn't an ESB but that is the closest style that I could find. I'm trying to clone Boulevard's annual winter warmer. According to their website it is made with "Pale, Aromatic and Special B malts. Nugget, Cascade and Chinook hops." They list the starting gravity at 16 degrees Plato and the apv 5.31%. I think that this recipe will get me pretty close. I'll post the results as they come up.
