Mash: 73% efficiency
1 qt/lb at 150-152 °F
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.036 8.5 gallons
1 tsp Irish Moss during boil
Hops: 1.83 oz. Cascade (4.8% AA, 60 min.)
1.22 oz. Willamette (4.0% AA, 20 min.)
1.22 oz. Willamette (4.0% AA, 15 min.)
0.61 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 10 min.)
1.17 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
