A nice best bitter, I really like WL Bedford, gives a nice fruity quality without masking the hops and malts. Ferments dry so you want MORE

1 qt/lb at 150-152 °F
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.031 8.5 gallons
Hops: 1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (4.8% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (4.8% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: WL Plantinum Bedford, from tube
Carbonation: 1/3 cup priming sugar, racked to keg. Conditioned 3 days at room temp, vented, condition 3 days at cellar temps.
