Slobberdog English Pale

This is my first try at an English Ale and my first try at kegging.

Beer: Slobberdog English Pale Style: English Best (Special) Bitter
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
47 HCU (~21 SRM)
Bitterness: 26 IBU
OG: 1.066 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 6.4% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Water: Standard Southern California Tap water.
Grain: 8 oz. Belgian biscuit
1 lb. American crystal 20L
8 oz. American crystal 60L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
4 oz. Belgian chocolate
Steep: Put the grains in two bags due to the volume of grains and steeped at `+160 deg F for 25 minutes. The temperature went as high as 180deg F at one point but not for long.
Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.132 2.5 gallons
6.5 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 37 min.)
.75 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 22 min.)
.25 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 1 min.)
Yeast: WLP 002
Log: Brew date 2/3/02. Yeast pitched at 67 deg F. Primary fermentation at `64 deg F for 5 days. Took a couple of days for acivity to start due to temp. Put in secondary Keg on 2/8/02 with airlock. Pushed to serving keg on 2/20/02 and carbonated. Filled 3 12 oz bottles and two 22 ounce bottles on 2/22/02 using a counter pressure filler.
Carbonation: Used 30psi to force carbonate beer. Rolled keg around to help speed up process.
Tasting: Haven't tasted it yet.
