Alcohol: 3.8% v/v (3.0% w/w)
Water: 1 oz. Burton Water salts before steeping grains.
Grain: 8 oz. Crystal Malt (60L)
8 oz. Victory Malt
2 oz. Flaked Barley
Steep: Steeped grains at 160° F. for 30 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.063 3 gallons
4 lb. 0 oz. Alexander's Pale Malt Extract
1 lb. 0 oz. Extra Light Dry Malt Extract
1/2 tsp. Irish Moss (15 minutes).
Hops: 1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.8% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Kent Goldings (5.8% AA, 20 min.)
.25 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast #1275 (Thames Valley) w/1 quart starter
Carbonation: 1/2 cup corn sugar
