Mash: 70% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.033 3 gallons
1.2 oz. Brown sugar
1.6 oz. Maple syrup
1 tbsp Irish Moss at 45 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Columbus (15.3% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: S04 dry ale yeast
Log: Ferment at 67° for 10 days
Carbonation: approx. 2.3 vol forced (30psi / 3 days)
Tasting: Nice maple notes, very clean, dry - no post fermentation boil needed
