5 Gallon Challenge

Making this to drink in a weekend between my roomate and i. Also, it is my first real attempt at all grain with legitmate equipment.

Beer: 5 Gallon Challenge Style: American Pale Ale
Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
9 HCU (~7 SRM)
Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 5.1% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Water: Tap water
Grain: 3 lb. American 2-row
4.5 lb. British pale
.5 lb. British crystal 50-60L
Mash: 80% efficiency
150°. Heat to about 160ish then put it in a warmed oven for the mash
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.040 6 gallons
Hops: .5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Pacific Ale Yeast. Supposed to be the yeast from an unnamed PNW brewery. It is really clean.
Log: secondary for a week, then after bottling let it sit for 2 weeks.
Carbonation: 3.4 oz cane sugar
Tasting: If it turns out well, it will become the football weekend beer of choice.
