0.51 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 40 min.)

Log: 3/3/2007 - Racked into semi-conical fermenter at 74 degrees, pitched yeast at 72 degrees.
3/11/2007 - Drained yeast and trub from the semiconical fermenter. Starting secondary fermentation. SG after primary fermentation is 1.014.
