Steep: 2 gallons 160F for 30 Minutes, sparge w/ 1 gallon 160 F water for 30 minutes
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.081 3 gallons
6 lb. Williams Bewing Light malt extract
Hops: 4 oz. Saaz (3% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: XL 1318 LONDON ALE 3
Log: Primary 4 days, secondary 4 weeks keg 2 weeks
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Keg: 23.1 psi @ 60°F
