High Seas Brewery Inland Sea Ale

Instead of water and corn sugar, substitute a lemon lime soda such
as Sprite or 7-Up that provides the water and corn sugar with other
additional flavors and brewing adjuncts such as citric acid.

Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.074 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 8.5% v/v (6.7% w/w)
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.074 3 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
2.6752 lb. Corn sugar
Add 1/2-1 Tbs. Irish moss in the last 5 minutes of the boil
Hops: 0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
0.6 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 5 min.)
0.6 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Used Coopers Ale Yeast. Good general purpose Ale yeast. Ferments in the 70-80F range with no problems.
