A Pale Winter

I intend to brew this batch this weekend (12/19). Any suggestions
are welcome, as this is my first all-grain batch in nearly three years.

Beer: A Pale Winter Style: American Pale Ale
Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
15 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 58 IBU
OG: 1.065 FG: 1.011
Alcohol: 7.0% v/v (5.5% w/w)
Water: I will add 1 tsp. gypsum to the mash and 1 tsp. gypsum to the boil.
Grain: 9 lb. American 2-row
1.5 lb. American crystal 40L
Mash: 85% efficiency
:30 protein rest at 122°F (infusion)
:20 saccharification rest at 146-148°F (infusion)
:20 Saccharification rest at 154-158°F (stove top)
Mash off by raising temp to 170°F (stove top)
Sparge w/ 170°F water
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.050 6.5 gallons
Irish Moss at 5 mins left in boil.
Hops: 1.0 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Calif Ale yeast (pitchable - WLP001)
