Water: Columbus City tp water
Grain: 9 lb. American 2-row
.5 lb. American Munich
.5 lb. American crystal 60L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 65% efficiency
Infusion mash at 153°F for 60 minutes. Step up to 156°F by adding boiling water for 30 minutes. Sparge with 170°F water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 6 gallons
Irish moss 15 minutes from end of boil.
Hops: .5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Culture taken from Sierra Nevada Pale Ale bottle
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 29.2 psi @ 68°F
Corn Sugar: 4.67 oz. for 5 gallons @ 68°F
Carbonate in keg.
