Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.046 13 gallons
2 Tsp Irish Moss
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 90 min.)
2 oz. Northern Brewer (8% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (4.4% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (5.5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: 1056 from brewery
Carbonation: Will Keg.
