Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Water: water from publix coin-op despenser. 1 tsp gypsym salts
Grain: 8 oz. American crystal 20L
8 oz. British Carastan
Steep: 160°F for 30 mins.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.095 3 gallons
4.0 lb. Light malt extract
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
1 tsp Irish moss at last 15 mins.
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: 1056 American Ale shampoo tube
Log: started 3-26-2001 at 10pm active fermentation the next morning. temp ~78°F
Carbonation: in bottle w/corn sugar
Tasting: i hope its good!!! Mmmmmm.. beerrr...
